Tree Trimming Program
This project was initiated in 2022 with a goal to remove nearly 200 down or diseased trees throughout the residential areas of the Village. Towncenter Improvement Project
This project was initiated with the replacement of the parking lot in 2020 followed by sidewalk repairs, roof repairs, and the soon-to-be complete façade replacement. Timeline Phase I to be complete by October 2022. Funding Source Project Cost: $500,000
Community Garden Program

CMAP: Resource-Opportunity-Impact (ROI)
This project was initiated in June 2020. The Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning (CMAP) allocated one staff person to provide additional planning and technical assistance support throughout the year.
